A. Bird's Nest with Fresh Milk
Ingredients: 1. 1 cup fresh milk 2. 1 tbsp (9 g) stewed bird's nest
Method: 1. Add stewed bird's nest into hot fresh milk. 2. Add sugar. 3. Stir well.
B. Bird's nest with Oatmeal
Ingredients: 1. 1 cup fresh milk 2. 1 tbsp (9 g) stewed bird's nest 3. 3 tbsp instant oatmeal
Method: 1. Add instant oatmeal into hot fresh milk. 2. Add stewed bird's nest. 3. Add sugar. 4. Stir well.
C. Bird's nest with Oatmeal (with minced pork)
Ingredients: 1. 50g minced pork 2. 3 thsp instant oatmeal 3. 1 cup water 4. 1 tbsp (9 g) stewed bird's nest
Method: 1. Boil water 2. Add minced pork and instant oatmeal into the boiled water until fully cooked 3. Add stewed bird's nest 4. Stir well

Dinner
A. Steamed Eggs with Bird's nest
Ingredients:
1. 3 eggs
2. 3 tbsp (27 g) stewed bird's nest
3. 1 cup water
Method:
1. Add eggs into water. Whisk. Remove bubbles.
2. Add bird's nest and stir well.
3. Stream eggs for 12 minutes.
4. Season with light soy sauce.
B. Corn Soup with Bird's nest
Ingredients:
1. 1 can corn soup
2. 50g minced pork
3. 1 egg
4. 2 tbsp (18 g) stewed bird's nest
Method:
1. Boil corn soup with same amount of water.
2. Add minced pork into the corn soup until fully cooked.
3. Add stewed bird's nest.
4. Add a whisked egg and stir.
C. Congee with Fish and Bird's nest
Ingredients:
1. 150g grass carp
2. 50g long-grain rice
3. 3-4 cups water
4. 2 tbsp (18 g) stewed bird's nest
Method:
1. For grass carp, add 2 pieces of ginger, spring onion, salt and oil, then steamed until cooked.
2. Remove the meat from fish.
3. Boil water and add rice. Boil 1.5 hours with low heat.
4. Add stewed bird's nest and fish meat.
